Proposing a 30,000 gallon propane tank on the hospital property and moving 4 tanks to my back yard, where there are many already. Many properties in Belfast are undisclosed hell's and more on the way. Shhh, don't tell, be compliant to survive or sell, sell, sell. Paint Belfast as the best place to live and add another property tax victim.
With this protection of corruption by John and Judge Worth and the implicated web, every right is theirs to take. Ordinances and statutes are written by attorney's in on the take. Local to State. Loophole language to entrap your last savings to be interpreted by the corrupt Judge in favor of the Wall. With our tax dollars to defend the wall against your basic rights as a property owner, a resident or citizen of hypocrisy.
The TPP ( http://www.citizen.org/TPP ) of Belfast was voted through in 9/2014 via the Comprenhensive Plan. Voted through in mass secrecy by holding up enormous binders containing 15? years of ordinance deletions, revisions and additions. For more Mobstah Lobstah spawning and taking.
Public hearings are held with the loophole "proposed". From any development site plans, ordinance to projects, the finals are not what was proposed at all. All documents locked up in City Hall and FOIA/FOAA ( http://www.maine.gov/foaa/faq/ ) requests are tortured rhetoric manipulation of corruption. Employees are told not to help me. They force you to come into City Hall for the simple public document that they refuse to email. They (City Planner Wayne Marshall and/or City Manager Joe Slocum) give you files of everything except the one document requested. I've spent hours upon hours, going though every paper, looking for the zoning conditions for snow removal, or the final site plan, or the storm water drainage infrastructure... 6 years and never receiving one authentic public document requested.
Conversations are equally corrupt because they are not credible. The zoning ordinances voted through in 2014 are still not official on the City website. I've been tracking the real estate listings for zoning codes for the ones in town in the prior R2 (my area) that was "Proposed" to merge with R1. Many of those listing zoning codes are intentionally vague and misleading. Some have listed as R3 which is healthcare and housing.
I found law for the Comprehensive Plans (the link has since been disabled, most likely because City Manager Joe Slocum had it removed after I sent it to him and he said he doesn't believe this law applies to Belfast!) stating that a municipality cannot take one zone and put it into a new zone without the consent of it's residents. And area's within a zone cannot be cherry picked into another zone without those resident's consent. My area was R2. R2 was told in public hearings that R2 would merge into the R1. Resident's approved. It appears that City Hall cherry picked the R2. Some when into R1, others went into R3. To my knowledge those sent to R3 never gave consent and most likely don't know that they are in R3. Housing and Healthcare- a meth clinic or residential treatment center or rehab or... could be your neighbor. 15 feet away from your children
The corrupt Worth clan of Worth Real Estate now lists their code as "See Town". Whether you will be told the actual zoning and what is allowed is anyone's life savings gamble. After you buy, the doors slam shut and welcome to Hotel California. Comply or fry. I'm crispy and with standing the witch hunt.
With City Council, City Attorney to the Attorney General's office supporting the FOIA corruption. ALL Mainestream Media reporters refuse to FOIA Belfast or even challenge what is feed to them.
City Hall and City Council are now resistant to email documentation. Incredibly, I have a library of incriminating emails from officials but the State supports the corruption.I see the City website took off the email addresses for City Council. They are ward1councilor@cityofbelfast.org, ditto for ward 2, 3, 4, and 5. Mayor Ash is Mayor@cityofbelfast.org.
Waldo County Emergency Management Agency, DEP, FEMA, IF&W, Real Estate Commission, Attorney General, Senators, House Representative, Governor and Ann LePage, Department of Defense and MaineHealth are all implicated into Belfast corruption. Hence, all of Maine is under the take. What happens in Belfast has happened, is happening or will happen throughout Maine.
City Manager Joe Slocum recently commented on the local channel VSTV that media can ask any department for FOIA and there has not been any problems. Where neighboring Rockland of Knox County is telling media that FOIA requests must go through the City Manager or Assistant Manager. Six years ago, my firs request for the 1967 development history of Seaview Terrace including my property resulted in with held documents and staff advised not to help me. Ditto with drainage maps, final site plans for developments force flooding Seaview Terrace, to present day with MaineHealth in my back yard (The Gaza Strip of Belfast. MaineHealth is Israel. CEO Mark Biscone supporting corruption and destruction to residents). They have only just begun to take and break.

Here is VSTV also protecting Belfast corruption. Belfast Mobsth Lobstah Jay Davis has heavy media influence. BDN reporter Steve Betts knows too but Belfast isn't his beat. Abbie Curtis reports for BDN and refuses to challenge City Hall or even write articles to allow comments to tell the real story. Neighboring town, Rockland is attempting to restrict media ease to public information. Belfast City Manager Joe Slocum, City Planner Wayne Marshall, Code Enforcement Officer Tod Rosenber, DPW Bob Richards, City Council and officials are absolutely corrupt in with holding. Media protects Belfast corruption by not asking for public documents of conflict.
